This project was for a historic house in Astoria, Oregon; the client wanted to add an ADU or "mother-in-law suite" in the basement of their 1895 Victorian built originally for the Tallant family. Working with the existing layout, the slanted walls of the bay window, and the needs of the client, I successfully designed the ADU. This project is currently under construction in real life.
